• Appointment reminders and confirmations are done via text and email only.

• Appointments are nonrefundable. Instead appointments can be rescheduled by calling our office.

• Telephone consultations are paid at the time of booking.

• Every person needs to book their own reading in their own name with their own information. Each appointment booked is only valid for the person receiving the reading.

• All phone appointments booked for clients outside of the US and Canada will be charged an international fee of $50.
